This was an intense album to create, but that intensity in the process shows through in the product. Recorded over just three days, the lads in Geist came to the studio exceptionally prepared and with such a clear vision of how they wanted the record to sound that it was a pleasure to be part of!
I love making fast aggressive records like this.
I also got to fanboy ridiculously as Chris Colohan of the legendary Cursed dropped by for some additional vocals, gave me a burger and then sorted us guestlist to go and see his new band Sect supporting Converge that evening.
