The last Incisions record I worked on captured a volatile period for the band where they went through more members than most bands ever have, but this time around they had been a solid unit for a few years, and it really shows. They seem to put as much effort into ripping the piss out of each other as they do perfecting their parts, and seeing as they have made trashing each other into an absolute art form, we cruised through tracking this over two sessions a few months apart. I feel like the varied influence that each member brings is much clearer and cohesive this time around, imagine a punk kicking and screaming whilst they are forced through a world of noise rock and hardcore. I can not wait to see this lot live again, the UK scene NEEDS bands that speak the way Jordan does, serious issues but with an incredible awareness and sense of humour with it.
