I was so excited to get to work with Wode. A Manchester and UK institution in black metal, not only have they created songs that got me into the genre, but they have toured the UK and Europe heavily, including shows with Wolves In The Throne Room.
I was particularly nervous about this session as one of their guitarists runs his own studio, one where I have been to assist previously. Once we started tracking some furious blast beats though all was well.
